Portable Restroom Rental in Parke County, Indiana

Rockin L keeps over 100 portable restrooms in the yard at Bloomingdale and delivers them on our own trailers across Parke, Vermillion, Vigo and Montgomery counties. Weekend, weekly or monthly, the unit shows up clean and it gets serviced on a schedule you agreed to.

  • Delivered and picked up by us, not a third-party hauler
  • Units scrubbed and restocked at every service, not just pumped
  • No deposit required on a standard rental

What a standard unit actually includes

A standard Rockin L portable restroom is a single-occupancy unit with a molded seat, a urinal, a stocked toilet paper holder, a coat hook, interior door latch with an occupied indicator, and roof and side venting. It also arrives with a full hand sanitizer dispenser, which is the thing people check second and nobody mentions first.

What people actually notice is not the spec list. It is whether the walls have been wiped and whether the seat is clean. Pumping a unit out takes about two minutes. Scrubbing the interior, restocking paper and recharging the deodorizer takes several times longer, and skipping it is how the rest of this industry gets its reputation. We do the longer version.

We haul them empty and clean them at your address

This is the part of our process worth understanding, because it is not how everybody does it. A Rockin L unit never travels with liquid in the tank and never travels with paper in it. Everything comes out at the shop. What rolls down the road is an empty unit.

Which means a unit coming off the truck is road dusty, and we do not leave it that way. The crew washes it down where it stands, stocks the paper, charges the blue deodorizer into the tank, and fills the hand sanitizer, and only then do we drive off. Your unit gets cleaned at your address, on the day it lands, with you free to walk over and look in it.

Hauling them empty is also the reason we can set a unit on soft ground that a fully loaded truck-and-unit would have torn up, and the reason nothing sloshes out onto a customer's driveway on the way in.

If you need a handwash station alongside the unit, say so when you book. Freestanding stations with foot-pump sinks are available and are worth it for any event where food is being served.

When you need a rental, and for how long

The three patterns we see most often in Parke County and the surrounding towns:

  • Weekend rentals. Graduation parties, family reunions at Raccoon Lake, barn weddings, auctions. Dropped Friday, picked up Monday, no mid-rental service needed.
  • Weekly rentals. Short construction jobs, remodels where the household bathroom is out of service, harvest crews, and seasonal work. One service visit per week.
  • Monthly rentals. Long construction projects, agricultural operations, and businesses whose septic is being replaced. Serviced weekly and invoiced monthly.

There is no minimum contract length and no auto-renewal trap. When you are done, call and we come get it.

What it takes on your end

Two things. First, a spot the truck can actually reach: we need firm ground and roughly ten feet of clearance to set and later retrieve the unit. Soft spring field ground after a week of rain is the one thing that will genuinely stop us, so if the placement is out in a pasture, tell us and we will plan around it.

Second, access on service day. If the unit is behind a locked gate or inside a fenced job site, we need a code, a key, or a name to call. Missed service visits because nobody could get in are the single most common avoidable problem, and they are avoidable.

What it costs

Most companies out here make you call to find out whether you can afford a portable toilet. We would rather print it. These are our standard rates across the whole service area.

Standard portable restroom rates, Parke County and the surrounding towns
ItemRateHow it is charged
Standard portable restroom$125Per unit, per rental period
Delivery and pickup$35Per trip, not per unit
Extra service visit$45Per unit, only if you want one before the scheduled weekly clean

So the arithmetic most people are actually doing in their head: one unit delivered and picked up is $160. Two units is $285, because the $35 covers the trip rather than each toilet. Weekly service is already in the rental price on anything longer than a week, so there is no service line item to be surprised by later.

The $45 extra service is genuinely optional and most customers never use it. It is there for the job that gets busier than anybody planned. If we set a unit on Monday, we are back the following Monday either way. If Thursday is bad, call us Thursday and we will come clean it for $45 rather than telling you to wait it out.

Bigger event orders and long construction contracts get quoted individually, because unit counts and service frequency move the math. Handwash stations are quoted alongside the units. Nothing above is a starting-at price with a footnote attached.

Why rent from Rockin L instead of a regional outfit

Two things a company from Indianapolis or Indianapolis-adjacent cannot match out here. One, our inventory sits in Bloomingdale, which is inside twenty minutes of most of Parke County. When something needs swapped, it gets swapped that day rather than added to next week's route.

Two, Dane Leatherman owns the company and repairs the trucks. He is a mechanic before he is anything else. That sounds like trivia until a delivery truck throws a hydraulic line at five in the morning on a Saturday and it gets fixed in our own shop instead of sitting at a dealership until Tuesday. It is the specific reason we do not miss delivery days.
