Call, text, or send the form
All three reach the same people. The phone is the fastest, and it is answered around the clock.
Phone
Answered 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including holidays. If your tank is backing up right now, this is the one to use.
Text
Good for sending a photo of a placement spot or a tank lid before we come out.
Best for quotes with attachments, site plans and contractor account setup.
Where we are
Rockin L, LLC 400 N Main StBloomingdale, IN 47832
The yard is here, but the trucks are usually out. Call before you drive over.
Hours
Open 24 hours, every day of the week. Emergency septic calls do not wait for Monday, so neither do we.

Three fields. It goes straight to Dane's phone, not into a queue.
What to have ready
None of this is required, but it gets you a real number faster instead of a callback.
For a straight restroom rental you may not need to ask at all: it is $125 a unit plus $35 for delivery and pickup, and those rates are the same in every town we serve. Septic runs around $385 for a standard tank in Parke County and around $425 in Montgomery County.
Renting restrooms
The town, the dates, and either a guest count or a crew size. If it is an event, whether you are serving alcohol, because that changes the unit count.
Septic pumping
Roughly when it was last pumped, whether you know where the tank and lid are, and whether the lid has a riser or is buried. Those answers are what move the price, so they are what we ask first. If you have no idea on any of it, that is fine and also very common.
A backed-up line
Whether it is one fixture or every drain in the house. That single detail tells us whether we are looking at a fixture, the main line, or the tank.
Contractor accounts
Job address, expected crew size, project length, and a gate code or superintendent's number for service-day access.
